In a recent campaign sortie, Duterte said he was not crazy enough to make public his medical records.

“I will release them if Mar Roxas will show he is circumcised,” said the 70-year-old presidential aspirant, sparking off anew a verbal tussle between him and the LP bet.

Last Wednesday, Roxas said he supported the release of all presidential candidates’ medical records, pointing out that people had the right to know the health condition of their public officials since it could affect their governance.

“I am in favor of making public our health conditions. We have to be transparent to the people who will eventually decide whether we are fit or not to hold public office,” Roxas said.

Roxas, 58, has maintained he is physically, mentally and emotionally healthy.
