Speaking at Cheong Wa Dae’s National Security Council, Park said that the North’s launch is a challenge against the international community that longs for peace as it was carried out at a time where discussion was being held at the U.N. Security Council on sanctioning North Korea’s nuclear test.
“The UNSC should have to prepare strong sanctions as soon as possible under the recognition that North Korea’s nuclear missile threat is a substantial threat to the international community and an outright disaster for the world peace,” Park said.
