Cloudy skies, rains to prevail over PH on Saturday

Most parts of the Philippines will experience cloudy skies and isolated thunderstorms this Saturday, the state weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Metro Manila and the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon (Calabarzon) would experience cloudy skies and isolated thunderstorms.

Cloudy skies with light rains are also expected over Ilocos region and the Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Pagasa said.

The agency added that partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms would prevail over Visayas and Mindanao.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough, it said. CDG
