The weather bureau on Thursday lowered storm signals over some parts of Luzon after exiting Tropical Depression “Ramon” swirled farther away from the archipelago.
With Ramon (international codename: Banyan) hovering over the West Philippine Sea some 360 kilometers west of Metro Manila at 10 p.m. on Thursday, the weather bureau lowered all public storm signals. TJ Burgonio
