Fans of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach had a field day on Thursday when the beauty queen indulged them with a one-hour Q&A on Twitter.
Wurtzbach answered several questions, many of which were about her personal life or about her work as the newly crowned Miss Universe.
A couple of netizens, however, took the opportunity to ask her about her earlier statement on wanting to be a politician.

Last Tuesday, during a visit to the Senate, Wurtzbach told Senate President Franklin Drilon that she wanted to be an elected official.
Asked about her plan to enter politics by Twitter user @fersiecruz, the beauty queen said: “Not closing my doors. But the President thinks I should think it over 5 times. Hahaha.”
Meanwhile, Wurtzbach did not answer the question as to why she wanted to be involved in politics.
Wurtzbach and President Benigno Aquino III were rumored to be romantically linked to each other before the Miss Universe pageant. However, both have declined to directly comment on the matter.

The two met again last Tuesday during a courtesy call in Malacañang.
Wurtzbach said Aquino congratulated her. She also congratulated the president for a “successful term.”

Wurtzbach and Aquino never admitted that they dated. However, in an earlier interview, the beauty queen said he talks to the president.
She said Aquino is very approachable. Furthermor, he once gave her feedback on how she responded to a pageant question.

Another Twitter user asked Wurtzbach on what kind of president she is looking for.
She said she wanted someone “compassionate, genuine, charismatic with a good platform.”
During a press briefing in Malacañang, Wurtzbach reminded Filipinos to vote for the right people because “it’s going to shape the country for the next couple of years.” RAM
