2 Chinese nationals nabbed in QC buy-bust
Police have seized P150 million worth of illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation conducted in Quezon City on Wednesday.
According to a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report, two Chinese nationals were arrested in a parking lot of a condotel along Magsaysay Boulevard in Araneta, Quezon City.
The suspects were identified as Geng Qing Chuan, 35 and Xiangfan Yao, 28. Both were residents of Binondo, Manila.
National Capital Region Police Office Chief Director Joel Pagdilao, said a 30-kilogram high-grade shabu was found inside a gray Toyota Innova with plate number TWQ 280 used by the said two suspects.
Pagdilao said police authorities were investigating if the two suspects were related with the two Filipino-Chinese arrested on Tuesday at Barangay (village) Lawang-Bato in Valenzuela City.
