Philippine Daily Inquirer editor in chief Letty Jimenez-Magsanoc
The wake for Philippine Daily Inquirer editor in chief Letty Jimenez-Magsanoc will be held at Aeternum in Heritage Memorial Park, Taguig City, starting Sunday, Dec. 27.
Magsanoc passed away on Christmas Eve at St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City.
She was one of the founders of the Inquirer, which was launched in December 1985. She was appointed editor in chief on June 14, 1991.
Magsanoc was a well-loved editor who was pivotal in making the Inquirer the country’s leading newspaper. KS
