PRC releases criminology board exam results

A total of 9,671 out of 29,591 examinees passed the recent criminologist licensure examinations, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday.

Data from PRC showed that University of the Cordilleras emerged as the top-performing school in the exam after posting a 94.20-percent passing rate or equivalent to 65 passers out of 69 examinees.

Other schools on the list are King’s College of the Philippines Inc. (91.07%), Southern Leyte State University (90%), Ifugao State University (88.89%), and Universidad de Manila (82.52%).

The PRC requires 50 or more examinees with at least 80-percent passing rate for a school to be declared as top-performing.
