The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s Metro Manila Accident Recording and Analysis System recorded a total of 344 road accident fatalities from January to August 2015. Of the 344 who were killed, 144 were drivers, 52 were passengers and 148 were pedestrians. Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
