Roads in the vicinity of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) will be closed to traffic during the four Sundays of November due to the 2015 bar examinations.
In an advisory, the Manila Police District said the stretch of Dapitan Street from A.H. Lacson Avenue to P. Noval Street and the stretch of P. Noval Street from Dapitan Street to España Boulevard will be closed from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 8, 15, and 22.

MPD said motorists who wish to take Dapitan St. going to Quiapo from A.H. Lacson should go straight and turn right to España. Vehicles utilizing Dapitan St. going to Quiapo should turn right to A.H. Lacson, left to Aragon St., straight to A. Mendoza St. to point of destination.
Meanwhile, vehicles coming from Nagtahan through A.H. Lacson intending to use Dapitan St. need to go straight and turn left to Aragon St. straight to A. Mendoza St. to point of destination.
On Nov. 29, the westbound lane of España Boulevard from A.H. Lacson Ave. to P. Noval St. will be closed from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., while the stretch of Dapitan St. from A.H. Lacson Ave. to Navarra St. will be closed from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
MPD said vehicles from southbound of A.H. Lacson shall go straight to Nagtahan to point of destination, while vehicles from northbound of the avenue must take U-turn at Aragon and go straight to Nagtahan Blvd.
Motorists intending to utilize the westbound lane of España Blvd. shall turn right to A.H. Lacson, left to Laong Laan St. to A. Mendoza and to point of destination. Vehicles utilizing Dapitan going to Quiapo should turn right to A.H. Lacson, left to Laong Laan to A. Mendoza and to point of destination.
MPD said parking will not be allowed along España Blvd., A.H. Lacson Ave., Dapitan St., and P. Noval St.
The bar exams will be held in UST for the fifth straight year. CDG
