All set for BTC Bike Fun Ride

MORE THAN a hundred cyclists have enlisted for the first-ever Beat the Cycles: Bike Fun Ride set this Sunday starting at the Banilad Town Center (BTC).
This was revealed by race director Joel Baring of the Sports and Fitness Enthusiasts (SAFE).

The event is staged primarily for the celebration and promotion of the National Stroke Awareness Month. It also serves as a fund-raising activity for indigent stroke patients from the Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC).

The event is organized by BTC and Bikecology bike shop.

The fun ride will kick off at 5:30 a.m. and will cover around 25 kilometers. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
