Lack of discipline

MRT and LRT commuters have no discipline. They push their way inside the trains even though there are people still going out. There should be a way of separating the people going in and out of the trains so that boarding would be more orderly and safer.—Jason, 29, Quezon City

The windshield of my car was splashed with a mixture of dirty water and soap because I refused to pay a group of street kids who cleaned it although I already said no from the start.
