Countdown until end of filing of certificates of candidacy

After a week of accepting certificates of candidacies, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) closes the period of filing on 5pm Friday.

This is a countdown until the filing period officially ends. Comelec has stood firm that there will be no extensions on the filing period.

Mayor Rodrigo Duterte did not file for his certificate of candidacy before Comelec closed.
