DAVAO CITY, Philippines — Former Davao del Norte Rep. Antonio Floirendo Jr. filed his certificate of candidacy in a bid to return to the House of Representatives.
Floirendo is running unopposed for the congressional post for the province’s second district, which is currently being held by his nephew, Anton Lagdameo.
Lagdameo ends his third term in June 2016. SFM
