Class suspensions Friday due to ‘Kabayan’

Various local government units suspended classes Friday, October 2, amid heavy rains and floods spawned by tropical storm “Kabayan.”

The Department of Education said that classes should be automatically suspended if a public storm warning is raised over a province:

Signal No. 1 – No classes in kindergarten

Signal No. 2 – No classes in kindergarten, elementary and high school

Signal No. 3 – No classes in kindergarten, elementary, high school and college (including graduate school) Nestor Corrales/RAM
