Poe-Escudero slate already has 8 senatorial bets, says lawmaker

At least eight senatorial bets are now in the senatorial ticket of the newly formed team-up of Senators Grace Poe and Francis “Chiz” Escudero, Escudero’s mother revealed on Thursday.
“Meron, I think eight (There are eight, I think),” Sorsogon Rep. Evelina Escudero told reporters after her son declared his presidential bid at the Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan.
“I guess by the end of this month siguro kumpleto na ‘yan (it will be complete already),” Mrs. Escudero said.
But the lawmaker refused to identify the eight, saying she would just leave it to the two senators to announce the names of their senatorial line up.
