CA confirms appointment of AFP chief Iriberri, senior officials

The powerful Commission on Appointments confirmed on Wednesday the ad interim appointments of Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Hernando Iriberri and more than 100 senior military officials.

No member of the CA objected when a motion to recommend Iriberri’s appointment was put on the floor.
