Fair weather expected Thursday in PH

Fair weather is expected in the entire country on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.
A ridge of high pressure area is affecting Luzon and Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southeast to south will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to southeast with slight to moderate seas. Frances Mangosing/RAM
