Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported that Eugene Maribao, from LTFRB’s legal division, served the order at the bus company’s main office in San Jose del Monte City in Bulacan.
The license plates of the 62 buses covered by the order should be turned over to the LTFRB by Friday 5 p.m.
The report said the company no longer dispatched its buses on Thursday, but Inquirer.net saw a Valisno bus plying Edsa at about 5:30 a.m.
The order requires all Valisno buses to be subjected to road worthiness inspection by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) while drivers will undergo road safety seminars and drug tests.
