There will be occasional rains over the Ilocos Region and the islands of Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan, the weather bureau said on Monday.
The southwest monsoon or habagat continued to prevail over Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Several days of rain dumped by habagat over parts of Luzon left 190 villages flooded. About 100 of these villages were in Pangasinan, where at least 15 of the 24 villages in Calasiao were under water.
