A PALACE official said that Vice President Jejomar Binay’s diatribe against the current administration will not be enough to sway discerning Filipinos.

Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. challenged Binay to back his attacks against the Aquino government with facts.

Coloma said that Filipinos are intelligent and will scrutinize the content of Binay’s speech, which is riddled with clichés.
