Negros board member slain at cockpit parking lot

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — Negros Occidental board member Renato Malabor was killed after his vehicle was fired upon at the parking lot of a cockpit in Asenso Village, Barangay Guintugdan, Isabela town, past 1 a.m. on Sunday.

His body guard Butch Jumila was also killed.

Malabor was former mayor of Isabel.
