/ 07:19 AM October 04, 2011

PET owners will once again get the chance to have their pets—dog, cat, horse, snake or any animal—blessed today at the Our Lady of the Fatima Shrine in Basak, Mandaue City.

The blessing of pets will be conducted by Diocesan priest Fr. Rey Talaugon in honor of St. Francis of Assisi’s feast today.

A Mass will be held at 12:15 p.m. prior to the blessing of animals. Owners may bring their pets with them during the Mass.
