They are so used to delivering drugs. Imagine carrying such a big amount of shabu in their car for delivery to Metro Manila. It seemed like an ordinary errand for them. The QCPD continues to operate under the DILG’s ‘Oplan Lambat Sibat’ and so far, this is our biggest confiscation.—QCPD director Senior Supt.
