Heard on Radyo Inquirer 990AM: Fire Protection exec on non-cooperative factories

Many factories are like that. Once they get a permit from the mayor, they no longer give importance to our fire safety inspectors. They don’t even let labor (department) inspectors in. But I’m not generalizing; there are still some companies that cooperate.—Senior Supt. Crisfo Diaz, deputy director for operations of the Bureau of Fire Protection
