The Court of Tax Appeals has consolidated the two tax evasion cases filed against Jeane Catherine Napoles, daughter of pork barrel scam principal accused Janet Lim Napoles.

In a resolution promulgated May 4 but made public Monday, the Tax Court’s First Division granted the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) bid to consolidate the two cases.

The younger Napoles is facing two counts of violation of the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC).
