Young man gunned down in Toledo City
A MAN was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in barangay Matab-ang, Toledo City, southwest Cebu, last Friday afternoon.
Samuel Arañes, 22, was found dead in a shanty where police recovered a gun and sachets of shabu.
Police recovered two small sachets, drug paraphernalia and two empty shells of a .380 pistol.
The shanty is owned by Rey Toquero, who will be invited for an investigation, said SPO3 Carmelito Hornalez of the Toledo City police. /CORRESPONDENT GABRIEL C. BONJOC
