A total of 1,361 out of 4,311 passed the civil engineering board exam, the Professional Regulation Commission announced on Wednesday.
The examination was administered by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban on May 2015.
Francis Arjay Pastores Luz from the Lyceum of the Philippines–General Trias, Cavite, topped the May 2015 board exam with a rating of 93.35 percent. AJH
