The Interpol has placed Dalia Guerrero- Pastor on its list of wanted persons after a Quezon City court issued a warrant for her arrest over the death of her husband, international racing champ Enzo Pastor.
A check of the Interpol website showed that a red notice had been issued for Dalia who was being sought on murder or manslaughter charges. She was described as having blonde hair and green eyes.
A red notice is an international warrant against a fugitive of the law based on a request submitted to Interpol by a member country.
Pastor was shot and killed in Quezon City on June 12 last year. His wife and businessman Domingo “Sandy” de Guzman were tagged as suspects in his murder by a policeman, PO2 Edgar Angel, who claimed that the two were lovers.
Meanwhile, acting presiding Judge Luisito Cortez of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 85 gave De Guzman’s lawyer Dennis Manalo 10 days to comment on the prosecution’s motion to withdraw the amended information it filed in the murder charge against Angel and De Guzman and the parricide case against Dalia.
Assistant City Prosecutor Nilo Peñaflor explained that the first amended information named Angel and De Guzman as accused while Dahlia’s involvement in Enzo’s killing was not mentioned.
The second amended information named Angel, De Guzman and Dalia in the murder case even though Dalia should be charged with parricide, he added.
According to the prosecution, the amended information were “made in oversight and inadvertence.” With Erika Sauler
