Camsur no power for 6 hours Thursday–NGCP

/ 10:42 AM April 16, 2015

The province of Camarines Sur will have no electricity for 6 hours on Thursday due to a maintenance work on high-voltage power lines, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported.

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said the outage from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. would affect areas serviced by the Camarines Sur Electric Cooperative III (Casureco III).

Citing Casureco III, the NGCP said the power interruption was due to maintenance work on the Naga-Daraga 230-kilovolt transmission line. Alyssa Marie A. Jacinto, INQUIRER.net trainee/ CB
