The fire was declared out at 2:28 p.m., according to NLEx spokesperson Francisco Dagohoy.
Meanwhile, two areas in Quezon City and Manila were also hit by fire.
A fire razed a house at Riverside, Barangay (village) Commonwealth in Quezon City and was placed under first alarm. By 2:25 p.m, the fire was declared out by authorities.
A residential area in Lamayan Street in Sta. Ana, Manila, was ravaged by fire on Thursday afternoon that reached second alarm. By 4:16 p.m, the fire in the said area had been extinguished completely.
