Jolo Revilla back to work after 30-day leave

Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla has returned to work one month after an “accidental shooting,” which forced him to stay in the hospital for more than a week.

A staffer of his father, detained-Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., told INQUIRER.net that the young government official had gone back to work and was acting as Cavite’s chief executive while Governor Jonvic Remulla was out of the country.

The vice governor will assume Remulla’s responsibilities until April 13.

The young Revilla was said to have accidentally shot himself last February 28 while cleaning a .40 Glock handgun. He was wounded in the chest.
