Militants hold protest vs power hike in Napocor

MANILA, Philippines – Some 50 militants staged a rally against the rise in the cost of electricity in front of the National Power Corp. building in Quezon City Friday.

The protesters from Sanlakas broke bulbs as a sign of protest.

They dispersed peacefully after.
