MANILA, Philippines—A tail-end of a cold front in Southern Luzon and the northeast monsoon in Northern and Central Luzon will bring rains on Friday.
“Bicol region, Eastern Visayas and the province of Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and the province of Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains.
Ilocos regions and the rest of Central Luzon, meanwhile, will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
