MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police (PNP) Board of Inquiry presented at a Senate hearing on Monday the findings of their investigation into the Mamasapano clash that left 44 members of the PNP Special Action Force (SAF) and wanted Malaysian terrorist Zulkifli Abdhir alias Marwan dead.
