Isolated light rain in Metro Manila on Monday

MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon will continue to bring cold weather and light rains in parts of Northern Luzon on Monday.

Cagayan Valley and Cordillera will have cloudy skies with light rains, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Eastern Visayas and the Caraga Region will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms, it added.

In Metro Manila and the the rest of Luzon, the public can expect partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains, Pagasa said.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas, Pagasa said.
