TRAGIC: Watch footage of doomed Taiwan plane clipping bridge

MANILA, Philippines – A footage purportedly of the ATR-72-600 prop-jet aircraft that was flying on its side, with one wing scraping past Taiwan’s busy highway just seconds before it plunged into the river, has been uploaded on YouTube.

Of the 58 people aboard, at least 12 people were killed, local media and officials said.
