MANILA, Philippines — The diffused tail-end of a cold front in Mindanao and the northeast monsoon in Luzon will bring rains in parts of the Philippines on Tuesday.

“Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Central Visayas and the Provinces of Leyte and Negros Occidental will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
