MANILA, Philippines—A black luggage left unattended along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue – Guadalupe in Makati City, which turned out to contain assorted clothes, caused a scare and heavy traffic on Friday afternoon.

At 3:15 p.m., the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority posted on Twitter that members of the Makati Police came to the area to inspect the bag abandoned at a loading bay on the northbound lane of EDSA-Guadalupe.
