MANILA, Philippines — A 4.4 quake shook Pangasinan early Wednesday and was felt in nearby areas including Metro Manila.
The center of the quake was recorded 21 kilometers northwest of Agno at 1:06 a.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The tectonic quake had a depth of 35 kilometers. It was felt in the following areas:
Intensity III – Angeles City, Clark, Pampanga
Intensity I – Quezon City, Pasay City & Pasig City, Metro Manila
Aftershocks are not expected, Phivolcs said.
