More than 20 flights canceled on Saturday due to ‘Ruby’

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) announced the cancelation of at least 24 flights on Saturday due to the effects of typhoon “Ruby.”

Over social media, DOTC said the following flights to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport have been canceled because of bad weather:

Typhoon “Ruby” is expected to make its first landfall in Borongan, Eastern Samar on Sunday morning. It is supposed to exit the Philippine area of responsibility on Wednesday.
