MANILA, Philippines—The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) has seized communication gadgets inside the New Bilibid Prisons in a raid conducted over the weekend.
In a report submitted by BuCor Director Franklin Jesus Bucayu to Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, the gadgets confiscated were:
- 11 signal boosters
- 4 booster charges
- 46 aluminum outdoor antennas
- 4 “My Bro” Wifi
- 4 Wifi antennas
- 9 repeaters
- 7 units of power supply
- 5 rolls of electrical wires
- 1 splitter
- distributor
During the raid, the NBP personnel also confiscated five packs of marijuana leaves hidden in a courier package.
