MANILA, Philippines – Filing of nominations and applications to fill up the post vacated by Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Gregory Ong is only up to this Thursday.
All the aspirants will have up to November 21 to submit all the requirements and supporting documents to show they were qualified for the post.
The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) has opened the nomination for the Sandiganbayan post after it denied the appeal filed by Ong.

Ong was dismissed after he was found guilty of gross misconduct, dishonesty and impropriety under the New Code of Judicial Conduct for the Philippine Judiciary due to his alleged ties with Janet Lim-Napoles.
