pagasa-satpic-4am-10202014MANILA, Philippines–Cloudy skies will bring light to moderate rain showers to many parts of the Visayas and Mindanao while the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers, the weather bureau said yesterday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the northeast monsoon winds would affect Luzon, making coastal waters moderate to rough.
