UNA exec admits ‘Oplan Stop Nognog 2016’ a product of ‘connect the dots’

MANILA, Philippines—A high ranking official of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) Party said Tuesday that the take-down plot allegedly orchestrated by Interior Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II to derail the presidential bid of Vice President Jejomar Binay in 2016 known as “Oplan Stop Nognog 2016” is a product of “connect-the-dots” and “completing-the-pattern”.

Attorney JV Bautista, interim secretary general of UNA, said the “Oplan Stop Nognog 2016” is borne from circumstances.

He added when they discovered the flight plan of the helicopter used to take aerial footages of the Sunchamp Agro-Industry Park, the alleged demolition job took a clearer form.

(Those who form conspiracies do not place their plans on documents and bereft of pieces of evidence. “Oplan Stop Nognog 2016” was formed by stringing circumstances together and were connected like ““connecting the dots” and “completing the pattern”…then we saw the flight plan used to take video footages of the Batangas property owned by Mr. Antonio Tiu…that was when the demolition plan took a clearer form.)

Bautista maintains they have formed the plan due to tips obtained from insiders in the government, Liberal Party and the media.

The UNA interim secretary general earlier said that the Eurocopter EC-130B-4 used to take aerial shots of the said agro-industrial park is allegedly owned by Salvador“Buddy” Zamora II and Eric Gutierrez who are business partners and allegedly principal financiers of Roxas.
