MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila may experience isolated rains and thunderstorms over a period of 24 hours, the weather bureau said Monday.
In its afternoon forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that even though no weather system would directly affect the capital, isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms could still develop.
Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao would also experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, Pagasa said.
Ilocos Norte and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains, Pagasa added.
