Heavy rains cause flooding in Metro Manila

MANILA, Philippines—Heavy rains caused floods in parts of Metro Manila on Wednesday afternoon.

The Metro Manila Development Authority reported floods in parts of Santolan, Ortigas and Aurora Boulevard before 5p.m.

Flooding was also reported in Manila and Quezon City.

The University of Santo Tomas has suspended its classes from 5 p.m. onwards.
