Senior Supt. Wilben Mayor is new PNP spokesman
MANILA, Philippines — Senior Superintendent Wilben Mayor was named Friday as the new Public Information Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
The PNP said Mayor would replace Chief Superintendent Reuben Theodore Sindac who was assigned as director of the PNP Logistics Support Services.
Mayor, the former spokesman of PNP Chief Director General Alan Purisima, will assume his new post on Monday, September 29.

Sindac served as the PNP public information chief for 16 months from June 10, 2013.

He is a member of the Philippine Military Academy class of 1984 while Mayor also graduated from the country’s military school in 1985.
