Bomb threat forces class suspension in Iligan City state university
ILIGAN CITY, Philippines — A bomb threat has prompted the administrators of the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) to cancel classes on Monday afternoon.
Manny Cabido, a professor in the university, said a member of the faculty received a text message, Monday afternoon, warning about a bomb inside campus.
Immediately, the school administration told students to get out of campus.
Police and military explosive and ordnance teams were deployed to check on the report.
