MMDA: Major Metro Manila roads remain flooded

MANILA, Philippines—The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) released Friday on its Twitter account a list detailing the situation of various roads in Metro Manila as of 3:15 p.m as typhoon ‘Mario’ (international name: Fung-Wong) and monsoon rains continued to batter the country.
